"It's all about designing for the individual," says Ann. "With every bride, I like to design for her character, her personality and her figure."

Ann Christou brings twenty years experience to the role of bridal gown designs and still has enormous passion for developing individual concepts.

There is an emphasis and simplicity in every Rapsimo gown.

No two designer gowns are the same and, therefore, brides can be assured of an individual look that is theirs alone.

"We offer a sample range which can help a bride choose style elements she likes," says Ann. "We can then develop a totally new look or build on a concept of an existing gown".

Current Classics ~ Designer Updates

At Rapsimo, the current trend is for classic styles from the 50's and 60's. "I am expecting a resurgence in the lace and romantic fabrics that are not quite so pristine," says Ann.

She believes that, through clever design, brides can live their fantasies and in the future, there will be a return to individual expression.
