Michael Quinn has been a pastry chef for over 18 years and worked in five star hotels in Adelaide and Sydney.
His love of the art of cake decorating is evident in the finished product and five star quality service.
After seven years in Sydney, Michael has returned to Adelaide bringing back skills and quality of some of Australia's top designers.
From one tier to ten tiers, no cake is too big or too small for How Sweet It Is to make the perfect centrepiece for your special day.
Our amazing flavours such as moist Fruit, Carrot, Banana, Orange Poppyseed, Dark Chocolate Mud (with Hazelnut & Frangelico, Cointreau & Orange, Raspberry, Kahlua, Rum & Raisin, Mint or Caramel) and White Chocolate Mud (with Baileys & Almond, Cherry & Coconut, Mixed Berries, Apricots & Brandy) will be sure to tempt you and your wedding guests.
During your appointment, Michael will speak to your about your taste preferences and give you even more flavours to tempt you.
You will leave feeling confident that your cake will be delivered safe and sound, on time and looking just as you dreamed it would.
How Sweet It Is was the winner of the Annual Bridal Industry Award Cake Design section in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
