All our wedding cakes are made with our in house developed cake bases. We only bake from scratch using the best fresh ingredients possible. This means that if we don't have a cake flavour that takes your fancy, we can create one to meet your requirements.

Our cakes can be covered in fondant, ganache, chocolate or buttercream.  All our fondant and chocolate covered wedding cakes, are first covered with a delicious layer of chocolate ganache.  All our wedding cakes, (unless otherwise specified) are filled with chocolate ganache.
