The French Lettuce uses provincial and traditional recipes and only the very finest ingredients.  An extensive selection of flavours and designs on offer including the renowned croquembouche, our signature "The Chocolate Lettuce", crottin cakes, orange and almond, chocolate flourless, mud cakes, fruit and many more.
